As a kid, Sundays were my dad’s day to mess around in the kitchen, and pot roast was one of his specialties. My mom and I would go out for the day and return home to a warm kitchen filled with the mouthwatering aromas of something really delicious in the oven.
When I made my own first pot roast, it tasted a lot like my dad’s. Over the years I have experimented with my recipe and refined it to the point that I think this is the best ever. I even named it as such. I hope you’ll agree!
