Eagan Invites Legislators to Special City Council Meeting

Three of the legislators representing Eagan will be a part of the special city council meeting on Tuesday.

Eagan invited Minnesota legislators representing Eagan to a special work session on Tuesday. The city council typically meets with legislators in January to discuss legislative priorities.

Attending the special city council meeting are state Representatives Laurie Halverson and Sandra Masin and state Senator Jim Carlson.

The city developed a discussion guide that includes a list of the city’s legislative priorities. Some of those priorities have to do with the Cedar Grove redevelopment area, support for the bonding request for changes to the bus rapid transit (BRT) stop at the Cedar Grove transit station and levy limitations.
