When/Where: 6 p.m.  Friday; Valley Natural Foods, Burnsville.

Why Go: Create delicious dishes with flavorful local tomatoes.  Recipes such as Skillet-Seared Tomatoes with Gruyere, Slow-Roasted Cherry Tomato Bruschetta, Raw, Fresh Tomato Sauce, and Tomato Focaccia with fresh mozzarella.
