Visit Holz Farm for an afternoon of farm fun and learning for the whole family. Hop onto the wagon for a hayride, see the farm animals, ride a pony and take part in family activities. Watch demonstrations of 1940’s era farm implements, blacksmithing and churn homemade butter and bread baked in the old wood stove. Participate in pie-eating contest, listen to music from Bill & Kate Isles, play old-fashioned games and enjoy picnic style food available for purchase.
Some activities require tickets purchased onsite for $.50/ticket. Also, in celebration of Arbor Day attendees will receive a free tree seedling (while supplies last), assist in a community flower planting project and the Grand Prize Winner of the Arbor Day Poster Contest will be announced.
