Eagan's Winter Market Fest Begins on Dec. 7
The indoor market will take place at the Eagan Community Center.
Eagan will hold its first winter farmers market on Dec. 7, according to Sun Thisweek.
The city is calling it the indoor Market Fest.
“We wanted to give the community an opportunity to gather in the winter months to get people out and engaged,” Recreation Supervisor and Market Fest Coordinator Kerry Phillips told the paper.
The market will occur each month on the first and third Saturday until March 1, 2014, Sun Thisweek reported. Operating hours are 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. It will be located at the Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Parkway.
Some of the products available at the market include root vegetables, bakery items, artisan breads, jams and German sausage, according to the city.
