Caponi Art Park Opening on May 18

Visitors will be able to explore Caponi Art Park and enjoy ongoing art activities for all ages, including a craft scavenger hunt and word walk in the sculpture garden.

After a delay due to unfavorable weather, Caponi Art Park in Eagan will open its doors for the 2013 season by hosting a spring open house from 1 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 18.

Visitors can explore Caponi Art Park and enjoy ongoing art activities for all ages, including a craft scavenger hunt and word walk in the sculpture garden. Snacks and refreshments will be served and self-guided tour booklets will be available on a first come, first served basis.

Park staff will also be on hand to answer questions. In the event of poor weather, the spring open house will be canceled. Weather-related announcements will be made via the park’s website, E-newsletter, and Facebook page.
