ENCORE! Shows Scheduled for Friday, Saturday Evening

2012 production of ENCORE! will once again use music and dance to explore the potential for moments of escape in everyday, hectic life.

A favorite song, a special memory, the comfort of home, the solace of nature or the excitement of an unexplored city can all be the catalyst for a moment of escape, and the high school's talented cast of singers, dancers and instrumentalists will explore both the literal and metaphorical possibilities of this theme. The annual performances are a collaboration between the vocal music, instrumental music and dance departments of the high school. The title of this year's show is ENCORE! 2012: Escape.

Performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 4, and Saturday, May 5. All seats are reserved. Tickets are $9 for adults, $7 for senior citizens over 62 and $5 for students.
