Watch: Site Preparations for Eagan Senior Living Complex
The Eagan City Council approved Eagan Pointe Senior Living over the summer.
Work has begun on preparing the future site of Eagan Pointe Senior Living on Blackhawk Road and south of Diffley Road.
The Eagan City Council approved the complex in July, according to the Star Tribune. The building will have 151 units for memory care, assisted living and independent adults.
Patch reported that the complex will also have "a fitness center, beauty shop, cafe, movie theater, card room and billiards."
The complex is expected to open in fall 2014.
