Last Phase of Diffley Marketplace Development Under Construction

The development in Eagan already includes Cub Foods and Walgreens as anchor stores.

The construction on Diffley Road by Cub Foods and Dunn Bros. in Eagan is the last phase of the Diffley Markerplace Development, according to Eagan Community Director Jon Hohenstein.

The site will be a shopping center similar to the one that holds Dunn Bros., Anytime Fitness and other businesses. A restaurant is also slated for the area, said Hohenstein.

The city was not aware of any tenants that had yet leased space at the property.

The leasing agent at Inland Real Estate Corporation, the company that owns the development, was unavailable.
