New Buyer for Retail Center at Diffley and Pilot Knob

Local investor David Nelson purchased two retail buildings and a nearby gas station from a North Dakota-based company.

Hilltop Plaza, a three-building retail center at the corner of Diffley Road and Pilot Knob Road, has a new buyer.

David Nelson purchased the property for an undisclosed amount from Minot, N.D.-based IRET Properties, according to a news release issued Thursday by KW Commercial Midwest.

Nelson chose to purchase two retail buildings and an adjacent PDQ gas station because of its established neighborhood retail location, diverse tenant mix and the improving commercial market, the news release said. Together, the retail buildings have a combined area of 19,301 square feet, with flexible tenant layouts ranging from 500 to 2,473 square feet.
