Mudslide closes trail

 

Big Rivers Regional Trail — from Mendota at Highway 13 to Lilydale — closed Monday to pedestrians and cyclists after a mudslide left the area impassable.

 

Trail closure barricades are in place at both the Mendota and Lilydale accesses. Maintenance crews will work to clear the debris once the slide has stabilized.

 

The closure remains in place until further notice.
