BLOG: Casper's Cherokee of Eagan is Open for Business!
Last October a fire forced Casper's Cherokee of Eagan to close it's doors. But they are happy to announce they are open again with a newly renovated and remodeled restaurant.
Last October a fire forced Casper's Cherokee of Eagan to close it's doors. But they are happy to announce they are open again with a newly renovated and remodeled restaurant. The new decor is fantastic, but still has that great feel of the old restaurant. So make sure you stop by and check it out!

To thank the Eagan Fire Department for all of their hard work saving the restaurant, Casper's held a fundraiser. They were able to raise $5,000 to go to the Fire Department. Additionally, State Farm Insurance agents raised some money. A total of $6200 was raised for the Eagan Fire Department. This money will be used to purchase newer and safer helmets for the fire fighters.
