In January, the Dakota County Regional (DCR) Chamber of Commerce announced that longtime President, Ruthe Batulis, would be resigning from her position.  Ruthe has been President of the DCR Chamber for nine years and has been a leader in innovation, advocacy and relationship building.

In order to properly recognize and commemorate Ruthe Batulis for her dedicated service to the DCR Chamber and local communities, we ask that you please join us for an open house celebration on:
