Put DCR Chamber to Work for You!

Greetings from the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce! This is our first blog post, and we are very excited to become part of the Eagan Patch blogging community.

The DCR chamber’s goal is to be the premier regional chamber of commerce addressing the needs of the business community. We work to improve our member’s business successes by shaping public policy, providing networking, delivering educational opportunities, and supporting business development. We serve the communities of Eagan, Farmington, Mendota, Mendota Heights, Rosemount, Sunfish Lake, West St. Paul, Lilydale, Castle Rock, Eureka Township, and Empire Township.

Just to give you a little idea of who we are; Ruthe Batulis is the Chamber President. She will be keeping you up to date on current policy matters and asking for your input on various issues affecting the Eagan Community. Jessy Annoni is our communications and events manager. She will be filling you in on what’s going on with the chamber and about upcoming events. Megan Towle is our Eagan High School Intern. She will be talking about what she is learning, working on, and her impressions of the Chamber and community from a student’s perspective.

Our goal with this blog is to keep the Eagan community informed on everything that the chamber does, as well as increasing the chamber’s presence in the general public.
