Don't get left out on deciding who's on the ballot!

One of the biggest complaints I hear from people who vote is, " I don't like either choice on the ballot!"  The answer to that complaint is, attend your local party's caucus. Become a delegate and have a voice as to who should be on the ballot as the endorsed candidates.  I know it's cold, I know it's long and sometimes boring. Freedom and self government is never easy. If you care about how this state and country go forward, you should be involved in it's process.  That starts with the party caucus.  Our GOP SD 51 caucus will be held this year at Eagan High School, February 4th. Doors open at 6:30, with official proceedings starting at 7:00 pm.  One big note: your precinct may have changed from last cycle because of redistricting. We'll have maps there to help you find your new precinct number and your caucus room. Sit down with neighbors in your precinct and come ready to lend a hand in the process, then you can tell people: " I helped get that person on the ballot!"
