Dane Joseph Abelidinger asphyxiated while under Greenagel's supervision after the 64-year-old woman put the child down for a nap on Aug. 18, 2011. Police say Greenagel didn't follow safe sleeping procedures for infants, had too many children at her day-care the day of Abelidinger's death and initially misled authorities when describing the conditions leading up to Abelidinger's death.

No trial date has been set for Greenagel, who is scheduled to appear in court again on Jan. 18. Minnesota authorities say the incident at Greenagel's in-home day-care isn't the only one of its kind. .
