Trek Barefoot Through Lebanon Hills with New Class

Free your feet and hike safely after you take this unusual class at Lebanon Hills Regional Park.

You may have heard of barefoot running—which emphasizes running sans footwear as a more natural form of exercise. Well, now there's also barefoot hiking.

Lebanon Hills Regional Park is hosting a barefoot hiking course from 10 a.m. to noon on June 15. The course, designed for ages 5 and older, will teach participants how to safely barefoot hike. The class begins at the Lebanon Hills Visitor Center, and costs $8 for each participant.
