Having flexibility means moving and looking younger / prevents injury / makes learning new moves quicker and easier / is 1 of the 3 components of fitness / and allows us to achieve the beautiful lines of a dancer. These 75 minute sessions meet once a week for 3 weeks to help you master the splits, increase your back arch, improve range of motion in joints, and stretch for all-over body flexibility.
Not flexible? No worries! These classes are designed to help you reach your flexibility goals with deep, intensive stretches no matter your current level!
Wear comfortable layers, leg warmers and socks. Bring lots of water.
