"Not Me!" Women's Self Defense Training
"Not
Me!" was developed by former Navy SEAL, Al Horner and focuses primarily on
the prevention and awareness of sexual assaults. We have trained over 8,000
women since introducing the program by working with Fortune 500 companies,
small businesses, schools, churches and private groups.
1 in 4 women will face an assault in their lifetime. This class will explain
the "who, what, when, where and how" assaults take place. Once a
woman is aware of high risk situations, they can recognize the signs of an
assault and stop the sequence before it escalates to the next level.
Participants will go 1-on-1 with our trainers (both male and female for your
comfort level) to learn the physical moves to escape if the worst is happening.
Regardless of age, size or fitness level, you can escape and not be "one
of the four" statistic.
This class is an absolute must for all women. You can handle situations that
have worried you for years. If you have loved ones heading off to college, they
will need this information the most.
$75/person ages 18+
