Vitality of Yoga I

YogaSoul Center in Eagan has created a unique new advanced yoga study program for people who want to go in-depth with their yoga education.

This series provides the foundation of learning the ancient art and science of yoga in its classical form. It begins by teaching the fundamental key elements and techniques of a yoga practice, its philosophy and how it can be applied to any lifestyle and belief system.

Students will learn appropriate postural alignments in each category of postures, yoga history and philosophy, as well as introduction to the eight-fold path, which helps yoga practitioners develop and expand into their full potential. Students will also learn how to develop and maintain a steady yoga practice, as well as learning to weave your yoga practice and lifestyle.

Teachers for this series are Denise Bunch and Amy Goettl, both E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructors. They bring their love of yoga, it's traditions and their combined 35 years of experience to create an amazing program for self development and expansion.

“Immersing yourself for more than one hour a week is life-changing and amazing,” said Denise Bunch, YogaSoul instructor, leader and Reiki master. “Your body, feels amazing, your mind is stimulated and being with a group in discussion and doing yoga is so inspiring! Amy and I both loved doing immersion classes together and we want to bring to others what we experienced and loved.”
