On the evening of October 14, 2011, Dakota Woodlands is hosting the 6th annual Flying Home Event at the Eagan Community Center.  The Eagan Community Center offers a lovely space with a beautiful view. We will have appetizers, desserts, beverages, birdhouse packages (decorated birdhouses attached to items for live and silent auctions), wine raffle, entertainment, and lots of fun. The event will also feature stories and beautiful photos of former residents who have already found success in creating stable futures for their families. The money raised at this event will go towards the educational and support services at Dakota Woodlands, a local shelter working to empower homeless women to create stable futures for their families. There will be 100 fabulous live and silent auction items.  Some of our favorites are:
