Recycle Holiday Lights in Eagan

Residents can drop off their lights at multiple sites in Eagan.

Broken, burnt out holiday lights don't have to go into the trash. Residents can also drop off the lights for recycling at several locations throughout Eagan.

The drop-off locations are sites for the "Recycle Your Holidays" program, which takes place in Minnesota from Nov. 15 through Jan. 31. As part of the program, individuals with disabilities dismantle the lights at vocational centers and then recycle the lights locally.

Some of the recycling locations in Eagan are:

  • ProAct, Inc.: 3195 Neil Armstrong Boulevard
  • Unisys: 3199 Pilot Knob Road
  • Pellici Ace Hardware: 565 Cliff Road
  • Coopers: 4185 South Robert Trail

You can find a map of all the locations on the Clean Energy Resource Teams website.

Eagan residents can recycle holiday lights year round at the Recycling Zone, located at 3365 Dodd Road.
