BLOG: What To Do After the State Fair?
Zest! "A local event of global cuisine" offers something new in September.
For many, the State Fair has become a tradition as a time for eating and enjoying. With the fair now behind us, you might be looking for a new event that gives you something to look forward to in September.
Better than cheese curds, will be tastings from a wide variety of local restaurants such as Andiamo, Ansari’s, BD Mongolian Grill, Buca di Beppo, Lee Ann Chin, Qdoba as well as others, along with craft beer samplings.
Zest! "A local event of global cuisine" is being called 'The liveliest evening in town.' Robyne Robinson, local broadcaster and entrepreneur, will MC the event, which includes celebrity chef demos by Elizabeth Reis, co-host of Twin cities Live and Amalia Moreno-Damgaard, chef entrepreneur.

Irish and Middle Eastern dancers will entertain along with Trio Mexico, a canning champion and more.
Proceeds from the event will benefit local nonprofits, Cheerful Givers, providing birthday gifts for less fortunate children, as well as the Eagan and Lakeville Resource Centers, who serve those in need in our community.
