Time To "Make A Difference" In Eagan

Millions of Americans will take time on Saturday, October 26 to "make a difference" in their community. Among them will be Cheerful Givers volunteers as well as  Kids 'n Kinship mentors and mentees -- and you're invited to join them.  Thomson Reuters will once again host the 6th annual Birthday Bag Blitz where volunteers will assemble 3,000 toy-filled birthday bags for less fortunate children in our community from 9 - 10 am.

 Among special guests who will be helping are two former Minnesota Vikings, military families, firefighters, and representatives of the Yellow Ribbon. The Minnesota Timberwolves have donated an enormous shoe, autographed by Derrick Williams as a door prize.
