Letter to the Editor: Kudos to Girls Scouts Who Donated Election Day Gift Baskets

I think I speak for all the Eagan election judges who served at the polls on November 6 when I say a huge THANK YOU to the girl scouts who left baskets of goodies for our "long day." This unexpected show of support and appreciation did not go unnoticed.
I, for one, was very moved by this simple gesture and I know my fellow judges at my polling place were as well. It was only later that I learned it was an organized effort of the Girl Scouts Eagan Service Unit. Kudos to all!
