Area Man Admits Forcing Eagan Minor To Have Sex

Alexander James Sipe, 24, is charged with felony criminal sexual conduct.

A Shakopee man has been charged with criminal sexual conduct after police say he served alcoholic beverages to a 14-year-old girl from Eagan, then forced her to have sex with him.

Alexander James Sipe, 24, faces one felony count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a victim between the ages of 13 and 15. He remains in the Dakota County Jail in Hastings on a $150,000 bond.

According to the criminal complaint against him, Sipe forced a 14-year-old girl to have sex on June 7 after serving her alcohol, including forcing her to perform oral sex on him.

The complaint also states Eagan police spoke to the victim’s mother, who told them she had confronted Sipe and he admitted his actions. Sipe also admitted to police that he had served the girl alcohol and forced her to have sex.

An omnibus hearing in Sipe’s case is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. June 27 in Dakota County District Court in Hastings.
