Blotter: Two Cited After Defecating on Driveway

One of the two people involved in the incident was an 18-year-old, according to Eagan police reports.

March 27

8:48 a.m.—Police responded to a threats/stalking call on the 3300 block of Terminal Dr. A woman in the process of getting a divorce told police her husband called and threatened to kill her.

3:28 p.m.—Police responded to a theft report on the 2800 block of Lexington Ave. A woman told police that someone—potentially a relative—stole her jewelry and sold it to a pawn shop. Police confirmed that the pieces in question were pawned.

6:44 p.m.—Police and fire units responded to a fire complaint on the 4200 block of Sunrise Rd. A caller told responders that large amounts of furniture were being put into a bonfire, which he estimated had flames 15 feet high. Fire units issued a warning to the person responsible for the fire.

4:42 p.m.—Police responded to a disturbing the peace call at a hotel on the 3300 block of Norwest Ct. after getting information that a prostitute was operating out of a room in the hotel and had a male customer in the room at the time. Police arrested a woman accused of prostitution and cited the male.

10:48 p.m.—Police responded to a suspicious person call on the 4200 block of Juniper Pt. A caller told police that two suspicious males were repeatedly running from a vehicle to a nearby garage. Police arrested both males at gunpoint and cited both—one of whom was 18 years old—for disorderly conduct. The officer discovered the males had written an expletive on the front steps of the home with shaving cream and put toilet paper on the garage. The two also defecated on the driveway and sprayed shaving cream around it to make it look like a person's head.

March 29

8:39 a.m.—Police responded to a damage to property incident on the 2100 block of Cliffview Dr. The reporting party told police that someone spray painted and damaged a shed in the backyard of the house.

1:43 p.m.—Police responded to a suspicious person call at the skate park on the 4200 block of Lexington Ave. Police cited two for possession of marijuana.

8:17 p.m.—Police responded to a mental health/crisis call on the 4300 block of Sunrise Rd. A 16-year-old alleged told family members that he would kill himself, his sister and her unborn child before leaving the house. The boy was transported to a juvenile detention center.

March 30

5:25 a.m.—Police responded to a driving complaint near the intersection of Lexington Ave. and Yankee Doodle Rd. A caller told police that a passenger in the car was vomiting out a car window, and that the driver was driving erratically. Police stopped the vehicle and cited several for underage consumption and one passenger for possession of drug paraphernalia. At least two passengers were transported to detox, while others were released to their parents.

March 31

4:56 p.m.—Police responded to a retail business on the 1300 block of Town Centre Dr. The reporting party told police that they had a handicapped juvenile shoplifter who claimed her stepmother was forcing her to steal items and is waiting for her in the parking lot. In return for shoplifting, police learned that the stepmother would give the juvenile cigarettes and Monster Energy Drinks. Police cited the stepmother, who admitted to contributing to the delinquency of a minor and theft, and released the juvenile to her grandmother. 

8:43 p.m.—Police responded to a fight call on the 3200 block of Hill Ridge Dr. A caller reported that roughly 30 people were involved in an altercation outside.

April 3

2:21 p.m.—Police responded to a criminal sexual conduct call on the 4500 block of Slater Rd. An 18-year-old female reported that she had been served alcohol at a party and then was raped in a parking lot. Police were given the names of the suspects and are investigating.

6:22 p.m.—Police responded to a mental health/crisis call on the 3200 block of Hill Ridge Dr. A caller reported that her 14-year-old daughter was out of control and trying to jump out of a second floor window.
