Underwear-Clad Man Assaults Neighbor After Snowblower Argument, Police Say

Eagan Police Blotter: The neighbor was upset because the victim accidentally blew snow into his driveway.

Police responded to an assault call on the 3900 block of Turqoise Court on Feb. 10. The caller told police her underwear-clad neighbor charged and punched her husband after the husband accidentally blew snow onto the neighbor's driveway. The husband was bleeding from a cut on his forehead. The neighbor, who allegedly started the fight by yelling from his deck, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Feb. 8

10:19 a.m.—Police responded to a threats/stalking call on the 2800 block of Vilas Ln. The caller told police his brother had posted threats on the Interent saying he would beat up and kill the caller.

4:59 p.m.—Police responded to a threats/stalking call at a business on the 3000 block of Eagandale Place. The reporting party told police that she was being harassed by an ex-employee, who had posted a sexually suggestive advertisement listing her number as a contact. Since the posting went live, the victim received several sexual texts from random people.

5:14 p.m.—Police responded to an assault call at a business on the 1300 block of Corporate Center Curve. The caller told police his boss pulled him out of a car, causing his head to strike a car door frame. The caller declined to press charges.

11:27 p.m.—Police responded to a disturbing the peace call on the 2000 block of Shale Ln. The caller told police a male was destroying her house. Police arrived at the residence and arrested a man for interfering with a 911 call.

Feb. 9

2:10 p.m.—Police responded to a driving complaint at the intersection of Cliff Road and Lenore Lane. The caller told police a man in a grey Ford Focus tried to confront the reporting party. Both the caller and the suspect were parked along Cliff Road. Both men were cited for disorderly conduct.

7:11 p.m.—Police responded to a theft call at a gas station on the 1400 block of Yankee Doodle Rd. The caller told police a man stole two hot dogs and $64.84 in gas.

8:26 p.m.—Police responded to a medical call on the 4600 block of Penkwe Way. The caller told police a female had intentionally overdosed by taking several handfuls of Xanax. The woman was transported to United Hospital.

Feb. 10

8:51 a.m.—Police responded to a personal injury accident at the intersection of Coachman Road and Yankee Doodle Rd. One of the drivers involved in the accident was examined by medics.

10:47 a.m.—Police responded to a damage to property call on the 1600 block of Woodgate Lane. The caller told police someone spray-painted an image of male genitalia on a mailbox, and an image of a middle finger gesture on the side of a garage.

4:46 p.m.—Police responded to a drunkenness call at a hotel on the 3000 block of Denmark Ave. The caller told police a very intoxicated woman was attempting to get into her vehicle in the hotel parking lot. Police transported the woman, who blew a .202 on a PBT, to detox.

Feb. 11

10:10 a.m.—Police responded to a personal injury accident at the intersection of Englert Road and Pilot Knob Road. A garbage truck was involved in the traffic accident.

5:32 p.m.—Police responded to a suspicious person call at Blackhawk Middle School. The caller told police an older man pulled up next to a child and asked the boy if he wanted "medicine," then gave the boy Tootsie Rolls.

11:04 p.m.—Police responded to a disturbing the peace call on the 800 block of Wescott Sq. A man was arrested after allegedly strangling his girlfriend for 10 seconds during a disagreement over the music playing on a radio.

 Feb. 12

12:29 a.m.—Police responded to a burglary call at a business on the 2100 block of Cliff Rd. Police learned two males pried open a door, smashed a cash register and stole $300.
