That is not what happened. The car drove westward on the ice from Priest's Bay to Halsted Bay and broke through the ice on the Halsted Bay side. This is the second car in a year to go through the ice between these two bays. News alert - the ice is always thin in that channel. It cannot handle cars. Don't drive a car on the ice between Halsted and Priest's Bay ever.

I knew some idiot was going to ruin ice fishing some how this year..I just did not think it would be the most ignorant man ever who deserves to have no kids what so ever. Or even a wife that is as dumb as she happens to be. I don't get it ..It sounds like a psycho suicide father trying to kill his family. And this is for the state, Take both of the kids away from these ignorant moronic people. And if only one kid lives please take the only child away......And news channel five , GEt your story straight. The narrows is not halstads bay channel. P.S. Sorry but I have no, zero compassion for these reckless and dumb parents..
