Police were called to the bar on Nov. 24, on a report that one man had pushed a gun into another man's face in the business' parking lot.
Officers spoke with the victim, who said he became upset when an older bar patron repeatedly grabbed a female friend's buttocks. The victim asked the offender is he would like to "step outside", according to a criminal complaint filed by the Dakota County Attorney's Office.

Once out in the parking lot, however, police say the older patron, Daghighian, walked to his SUV and came back with a handgun. The victim told police Daghighian held the weapon against his chin and chest. When the victim told Daghighian he would call police, Daghighian allegedly left the establishment.
An officer located a vehicle matching the victim's description later that evening, the complaint said. The victim then identified Daghighian in a photo line-up. Police later arrested Daghighian at his home in Eagan.
