Gabriella Rae Hallas, 31, was arrested after giving a false Minnesota license to an officer during a routine traffic stop, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Dakota County Drug Task Force.

The complaint stated that the officer became suspicious of Hallas after noticing a mole above her lip which was not present in her license picture.

After placing Hallas in the squad car, the officer conducted an inventory search of Hallas' purse and the vehicle's glove compartment, the complaint stated.

During the search, the arresting officer found a small pouch containing a scale and spoon. Inside the pouch was a plastic baggie containing what was later learned to be 10.52 grams of methamphetamine.

The officer also found a brown plastic pill container in the vehicle's glove compartment which contained 15 methylin pills. The prescription was made out to a third party.

If convicted of both charges, Hallas faces as much as 25 years in prison and a $500,000 fine.
