- The council is expected to discuss updates to the city's five-year Capital Improvement Program, or CIP. An outline of upcoming infrastructure improvements, the CIP is updated annually by the council, in conjunction with the city's Public Works Department. - Councilors will likely discuss a water quality cost-share partnership program, as well as annual install/removal fees for outdoor water meters.
