CSM to Hold Neighborhood Meeting Concerning Lockheed Martin Site
The developer plans to discuss its plans for the redevelopment of the Lockheed Martin property.
The company behind the proposed redevelopment of the 47-acre Lockheed Martin site in Eagan plans to hold a neighborhood meeting for local residents on Wednesday, March 14.
The meeting, which will run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the , will be an opportunity to learn more about the project and ask questions, according to a press release issued Monday. The meeting is being hosted by CSM Eagan, LLC., a subsidiary of CSM Corporation, and will be attended by CSM and its consultants.
The company is at the Lockheed Martin site. The new development would replace the existing office facility. The meeting is being held in advance of CSM's formal proposal submission to the city.
