I nominate Boltz's Taekwondo in Mendota Heights. They are very good with both kids and adults, of all abilities and skill levels. They also provide many fitness programs for the whole family besides martial arts.

I'll second Boltz's Taekwondo. Coming from several other gyms and martial arts styles in the past, this studio blows them all away in workout intensity, training curriculum, and how much of a community it is.

I have to agree with the previous 2 comments. Having been part of a few different gyms and styles over the years, Family Martial Arts Academy - Boltz's Taekwondo is a great place. Both my kids have flourished there from the start of the school year. They participated in the AMP program initially and have loved being part of this TKD family. The gym has a variety of programs for all ages and fitness levels. Definitely worth visiting and joining!

I nominate Boltz Taekwondo. This studio is more unique than others I've been too. They have all sorts of programs here: little ninjas, Fitness kick boxing, taekwondo, AMP, camps for kids, Etc. its fantastic! This studio how's A LOT of dedication! Everyone works together, trains together, and everyone has fun! We grow almost like a family here. It's awesome!

Maybe IGH readers can help me, does Inver Grove have any martial arts studios?
Ken Coy June 26, 2012 at 11:46 am
Yes. There are a couple of them. Unless I'm mistaken there is one in the strip mall across from the old A&W and one by Bierstube.

Camp was awesome. I am so glad we were able to go after the Cottage Grove Parade yesterday. MyRead More favorite moment was when we performed our Pageant Skit in front of everyone at camp. Thanks for all the great memories Hanna! Your BFF, Payton

I'm currently reading the sequel to The City of Ember, The People of Sparks by Jeanne DuPrau, it'sRead More part of a 4 book series. I would recommend that you read The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis I love it because it's so magical and you get to imagine almost the entire thing so clearly.

Wow Payton, it must be so cool to have fireworks go up on your birthday every year!!!
Payton Greenlee June 9, 2013 at 10:05 am
Hi Hanna! Izzy, its is a "Blast" if you know what I mean. Every year on my birthday IRead More have rode in the Eagan 4th of July Funfest Parade with my brother's Cub Scout Pack when I was younger and now with the Girl Scouts. I'm so excited and proud to be riding with the Eagan Ambassador's Program this year. How cool will that be? When is your birthday?

Just wanted to clarify that I am not an Ambassador but am an Ambassador Candidate for the 2013-14Read More year. After rereading my post I realize it sounds like I am already an Ambassador, not true. Just a candidate for now. Thanks!
