Donate a Musical Instrument to an District 196 Student

The School District 196 band programs need your help providing instruments to families unable to afford their own saxophone, trumpet or other instrument.

Editor's Note: The following is a press release from Eagan High School.

The "Band For All" program in ISD 196 provides instruments for students who'd like to be a part of our Instrumental Music program, but cannot afford an instrument. If you have an instrument sitting around your house, please consider donating it to this program. (Another great need is cash to repair donated instruments.)

BFA Coordinator, Angela Wyatt, reports that they are currently running very low of instruments and the requests are beginning to exceed supply. The effect of this shortage will immediately affect the beginners program, which trickles down to the middle school and eventually the high school. All of this affects the future health of our entire district band program.
