Eagan police received a complaint last August that someone had stolen a credit card from another SAC employee’s wallet and used it repeatedly at retailers in West St. Paul, the complaint says.

A subsequent investigation found that credit cards had been stolen from four other SAC employees and used at stores in Apple Valley and Eagan.

O’Keefe racked up at least $1,000 in fraudulent credit-card charges between August and October 2010, according to the complaint.

Police used surveillance video from one of the stores to identify O’Keefe as a suspect. When officers interviewed her, she admitted taking her co-workers’ credit cards and using them, according to the complaint.

O’Keefe is scheduled to make a first appearance on the charge Aug. 1 in Dakota County District Court in Hastings.
