Tour Pilot Knob STEM Magnet School in January

Each event will feature a school tour, demonstrations of student work and an opportunity to ask questions from school leaders.

Parents and members of the public will get a chance to tour , see demonstrations of student work and get information from school leaders during four "Preview Events" coming up in January.

The Eagan school will hold four events over the course of the month. They are scheduled for 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 12; 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 17; 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on Jan. 24 and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Jan. 31. All will be held at the Pilot Knob school, located at 1436 Lone Oak Road in Eagan. Pilot Knob has a focus on the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) study areas and serves students in kindergarten through fourth grade.

Parents can also visit the School District 197 Open House and School Choice Fair on from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 9, at Henry Sibley High School to learn more about the schools and programs in our district. Representatives from each school, including Pilot Knob, will be on hand to help parents choose the right school for their child.
