Eagan High School isn't immune to the Harlem Shake dance craze sweeping the Internet. Dozens of students—many dressed in outlandish costumes, gathered in the high school's library to perform the dance, as you can see from this Youtube video.

The video was shot and published by Eagan A.M., the high school's morning news show. Created by Brooklyn DJ Baauer, the Harlem Shake went viral on Youtube, with some renditions of the dance craze garnering upwards of 10 million views.

My granddaughter goes to Mound Westonka and 6 hockey players who were performing the same thing in their lunchroom got suspended for doing this. They were unable to play in the state tournie last night. Here is the story: http://www.startribune.com/local/192632791.html I wonder if the staff was unaware of the purpose of the video in the case of Mound and the staff was perhaps "involved" in the Eagan one.
