Eagan Girls' Hockey Downs Bloomington Jefferson

Wildcats earn first South Suburban Conference victory and improve to 5-0 on season.

The Eagan girls’ hockey team continued their fast start to the season on Tuesday night with a 4-1 victory over South Suburban Conference foe Bloomington Jefferson. The win moves the Wildcats to 5-0 on the season, 1-0 in conference play.

Megan Wolfe tallied a goal and two assists for Eagan to continue her offensive fireworks and help hand the Jaguars their first defeat of the season.  Wolfe now has nine goals and six assists through the first five games.

Shelby Williams and Brooke Madsen have also been consistent in their offensive output and each added goals on Tuesday. Megan Juricko also added a goal and an assist for Eagan.

Eagan will next face a 4-1 Cretin-Derham Hall squad on Thursday, Dec. 1.
