Alpha Showdown

Life Time Fitness is holding its Alpha Showdown on April 21 beginning at 9:00 AM at each Twin Cities Life Time Fitness location. Alpha Showdown participants will test their body's core energy systems through three gauntlets - power, strength, and endurance. Winners from each club competition will go on to compete in the regionals, with the winners advancing to the national competition. Registration is now open and all events are open for spectators. To register go to www.alphashowdown.com and select your region. Please register to compete at the Life Time destination closest to you. The cost is $20 for Life Time Fitness members and $30 for non-members.
