Share Your Cable Experience with Eagan in Online Survey

The city's goal is for at least 1,000 people to complete the survey by the Dec. 18 deadline.

The City of Eagan is asking residents to fill out an online survey about their expectations for community media and their customer service experience with cable provider Comcast.

Cable and non-cable subscribers can fill out the survey as well as other community stakeholders, including, according to the city:

  • Businesses
  • Teachers
  • Parents
  • Church Representatives
  • Arts, Musical and Cultural organizations
  • Seniors
  • Government Agencies
  • Non-Profits
  • Community Groups

The city is looking for at least 1,000 stakeholders to complete the survey. The deadline for the survey is Dec. 18.

According to the notice on the city website, "public feedback over the next 30 days creates the legal basis for the city's ability to negotiate new or better standards into any cable franchise."

There are two surveys. One for those who attended the community media focus groups and the other is for those who did not attend.

Find the links to the survey on the City of Eagan website.
