'Zest!' Comes to Eagan This Week

From the Eagan and Lakeville Resource Centers:

Local restaurants, entertainers, craft breweries, and community members are gathering to support the Eagan and Lakeville Resource Centers at the creative, lively event, ZEST! a local event of global cuisine on Thursday, Dec. 5 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 pm, at the Lost Spur Golf and Event Center.
 
Guests will savor a diverse array of ethnic foods from local area restaurants including:

Ansari’s Mediterranean Grill and Lounge, Bittersweet Bakery, Buca di Beppo, Edible Arrangements, Hoban Korean Cuisine, Lost Spur Golf and Event Center, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Valley Natural Foods, Ze’s Diner and craft beer sampling from Finnegan’s and College City Beverage. A cash bar will be available.

There will also be two exclusive signature drinks for sale at the bar: the Zest Zinger and the Zesty Stella.

Guests will be entertained with traditional Mexican music by Trio Mexico; an innovative drumming group Mu Daiko; and a traditional Irish music band, Forty Shades of Green.

Guests can also don a prop or two and have some laughs with a photo booth provided by These Little Wonders Photography and Photo Booths.

The night will be topped off with raffles for a Wall of Wine and a Tailgating package.

The event is generously sponsored by Think Bank, Gopher Resource, Thrivent Financial Northern and Southern Dakota Chapters, Superior Service Center, Home Federal Savings, Intertech and Sam’s Centers.

Proceeds from the event will support the missions of the Eagan and Lakeville Resource Center. The Eagan and Lakeville Resource Centers is a nonprofit organization committed to serving those in need and to eliminating hunger in Dakota County, serving over 1,300 households each month. Forty-nine percent of people served are children.
