Halloween in Eagan: Caponi Art Park and the City's Hodgepodge

Other Halloween events include a Boo Bash, haunted houses and Boo-ology at the Science Museum.

Here are some weekend events in Eagan from Oct. 25-27.

MOMS Club of Eagan West Halloween Open House 

Dress up for Halloween, enjoy games and crafts, and learn about the group.

Time: Friday, Oct. 25 at 11 a.m.
Location: Peace Church, 2180 Glory Drive.

Halloween at the Art Park

Activities include a trick-or-treating tour of art sculptures, face painting for $2 and hot cider. Admission is free with a suggested donation of $5.

Time: Saturday, Oct. 26 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Caponi Art Park, 1220 Diffley Road

Free Screening of "The Big Picture: Rethinking Dyslexia"

Decoding Dyslexia-Minnesota is hosting a screening of HBO's documentary The Big Picture: Rethinking Dyslexia as a free dyslexia awareness event. Please RSVP on the Decoding Dyslexia-Minnesota Facebook page.

Time: Saturday, Oct. 26 at 3 p.m.
Location: Nativity of Mary School, 9901 E. Bloomington Freeway in Bloomington

Halloween Hodgepodge

Eagan's Halloween event will feature a variety of activities, including over 15 carnival games and inflatables, trick-or-treating, Halloween costume prizes and an area for preschoolers.

Tickets are $5 per child in advance and free for adults. Tickets are $6 per child at the door and free for adults. Food donations are requested per admission. Tickets are available at the city's municipal center and community center.

Time: Sunday, Oct. 27 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Location: Eagan Community Center, 1501 Central Parkway

Boo Bash at Crossroads

This free family event includes carnival games, treats and a craft for children. Also enjoy warm food and beverages while listening to Crossroads's Rock-A-Billy band. A non-perishable food item donation is requested.

Time: Sunday, Oct. 27 from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Location: Crossroads Church-Eagan, 4100 Lexington Way
