Bloomington Burglar Arrested Again in Eagan

Andrew James Remer, 26, was charged with one felony count of possession of burglary or theft tools and one felony count of third-degree burglary after he was arrested last week during an attempted break-in at a storage facility in Eagan. On Nov. 11, police responded to Simply Self Storage after the owner of a storage unit came to check on his belongings and reportedly found a man trying to break in to the unit. Officers drove to the victim's stall and allegedly observed Remer inside the unit. Police …
