Eagan Man Charged with Felony After Allegedly Brawling with Cop

Mark Allen Listrud, 43, allegedly instigated a physical confrontation with an Eagan officer who had come to the address on report of a domestic dispute.

An Eagan man faces up to three years in prison after he allegedly attacked a police officer last Friday. Mark Allen Listrud, 43, has been charged fourth-degree assault, a felony punishable by up to three years in prison and a $6,000 fine. Listrud has also been charged with one count of obstruction of the legal process, a gross misdemeanor, and two counts of midemeanor domestic assault. On March 1, the Eagan Police Department was called to an address on Hill Ridge Drive on report of a domestic assault. As officers approached the residence they encountered Listrud, who was trying to leave in his vehicle. Eagan Woman Accused of Tossing Hot Oil at Mother

Nakisha Lynette Harris, 21, faces two felony charges after she allegedly lobbed a pan of hot oil at her mother, then threatened her with a knife.

One Eagan woman stands accused of menacing family members with a pan of hot oil and a knife during a domestic dispute—a charge the defendant categorically denies. Nakisha Lynette Harris, 21, has been charged with two counts of making terroristic threats, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The incident in question occurred on the morning of Feb. 26, at about 11 a.m. when officers were called to an address on Rahn Road on report of a domestic assault. The victim, Harris' mother, told police that Harris had been living in her home. The argument started when the woman woke Harris, who had been sleeping on the couch. Harris became enraged and began throwing food from cupboards onto the floor, the woman said. …

Hamzeh Daghighian faces one felony count of second-degree assault and one felony count of terroristic threats following the incident. Argument Over Rap Lyrics Led to BB Gun Assault, Police Say

Three Minneapolis residents face charges for allegedly attacking a victim in an Eagan park, shooting him repeatedly with a BB gun, tasering him and spraying pepper spray in his face.

It ended with a brutal beatdown that left the victim with multiple BB gunshot wounds and other injuries, according to Eagan police. Now, three Minneapolis residents who were allegedly behind the June attack are each facing one felony charge of issuing terroristic threats and one misdemeanor count of fifth-degree assault. Michael Marshall Satterlund, 19; Heather Kori Kilbo, 22; and Sean David Kilbo, 21, were charged by summons in connection with the alleged crime.
