MISO, or Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, plans to complete and occupy the building by February, 2014, according to a press release issued by the company. The facility will eventually serve as a conference center and regional operations hub for the company. MISO signed a 12-year lease for the building, which will be built on a 4.83-acre site off Lone Oak Road in Eagan.
