Cameron Patrick Seefeldt, 23, was charged with one felony count of terroristic threats for his alleged role in the incident. If convicted, Seefeldt could face a maximum of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Eagan police were dispatched to a restaurant on Silver Bell Road in Eagan on Dec. 18, after a caller told police an employee at the restaurant threatened to blow up the building and kill everyone inside.
