Blotter: Drunk Man Stops in for Haircut, Arrested for DUI

Eagan police also arrested a man who threatened to shoot a juvenile, according to the most recent police reports.

Blotter: Eagan Police Rescue Dog Hanging from Broken Second-Story Window

The caller told police that a dog was hanging out the second story window of a townhome, and that the window and screen were broken.
