Everett Jacobe-Kwunzell Durr, 21, faces one felony count of second-degree aggravated robbery for his alleged role in the incident, which occurred at an apartment complex on Greystone Drive in Eagan. Police were dispatched to the apartment complex on Dec. 30 on reports of an armed robbery on the complex grounds, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Dakota County Attorney's Office.
