Eagan Man Arrested After Offering Teenagers Drugs, Threatening to Shoot Man

Garrett Paul Sayers, 29, faces one count of felony terroristic threats and two gross misdemeanor counts of attempting to furnish alcohol to a minor.

Garrett Paul Sayers, 29, faces one count of felony terroristic threats and two gross misdemeanor counts of attempting to furnish alcohol to a minor following the incident, which allegedly took place on Dec. 29. If convicted on the terroristic threats charge, Sayers could face a maximum of five years in prison and $10,000 in fines. Police were dispatched to a home on Valley Ridge Road in West St. Paul at 5 p.m. on Dec. 29, according to a criminal complaint…
